Sales on blockchain
Sales can be issued on the blockchain using the desired Crypto Currency under Invoice Details.
The system generate a unique billing address per invoice in order to reconcile incoming funds with complete certainty.
The blockchain billing adress is shared to the customer and received funds are automatically applied and posted against the sales document.
Received funds can be spend later on the blockchain or sent back to an exchange for traditional currency.
Consolidate Received funds
Use »Suggest Consolidation » on Blockchain Operation Journal in order to capitalize received funds in a single account.
However we recommand to use this when blockchain activities and fee are low, in order to limit the operation cost. You can run the suggest function to preview total lines fees and decide to submit them later*.
Enable « Billing Account Only » to suggest transfers only for issued sales invoices. The program suggest a transfer line for any owned account regarding the defined rule, and set the fee and destination address on the journal according « Fee Code » and « Consolidation Account » selection.
